It is easy for service reps to maintain more than one Svarbox chat at a time and very easy to transfer ongoing chats between workers. During off-hours, when there are no service reps. logged in to chat with, customers can send offline messages. After a customer has finished a chat, they can themselves request that a chat transcipt be sent to their e-mail address.
